SYDNEY, Jan 17 AAP - The Sydney Morning Herald says the government must expend an equalor greater effort on calling to account corporates and wealthy individuals who pay lessthan their fair share of tax as it spends on welfare cheats.

Family and Community Services Minister Amanda Vanstone has announced a clampdown onwelfare cheats.
